1. Scope
This Policy applies to information processed through Clothes Changer, its AI-assisted outfit transformation and virtual fitting features, optional purchases or subscriptions, and communications with us. It does not apply to third-party services we do not control.
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here. Where required by applicable law or iOS controls, we will request permission or consent before accessing or transmitting selected photos or other content.
2. Information We May Process
Photos, clothing references, and creative inputs
Depending on the feature you choose, we may process:
- photos or images that you intentionally select or capture for a virtual try-on or outfit transformation;
- clothing images, garment selections, styles, fit preferences, masks, crop information, and other creative settings;
- prompts or instructions associated with a requested transformation;
- generated or edited images, previews, variations, and related outputs;
- temporary files and technical identifiers needed to complete or troubleshoot a request; and
- messages, attachments, and contact information you provide when requesting support.
Photos may contain personal information, including a person's face, body, appearance, clothing, or surroundings. Submit a photo only when you have the rights and permission necessary for the requested use.
Technical and usage information
We may process limited technical information such as device model, iOS version, app version, language and region settings, IP address, general timestamps, feature interactions, request status, crash logs, network and performance diagnostics, and security or fraud-prevention signals.
Purchase and entitlement information
If Clothes Changer offers subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other paid features through the Apple App Store, Apple processes payments under its own terms and privacy policy. We may receive limited transaction, receipt, product, subscription, renewal, cancellation, and entitlement information needed to provide or restore purchased benefits. We do not receive your complete payment-card number from Apple.
3. Photos, Camera, and iOS Permissions
Clothes Changer may request access to Photos or Camera only when relevant to a feature you choose, such as selecting an outfit photo, capturing source media, saving a generated result, or sharing an output. iOS controls the permission prompt and may let you provide access to selected photos only.
You may deny permission or change it later in iOS Settings. If you deny or withdraw required access, the related feature may not work. Where an Apple-provided photo picker gives access only to items you select, Clothes Changer does not receive access to unrelated library items through that picker.
4. Body and Facial Content
A virtual try-on feature may need to detect and analyze visible characteristics in a selected image, such as the approximate location, shape, pose, landmarks, segmentation, lighting, or orientation of a face or body. This processing is used only to align, transform, render, or generate the visual result requested by you.
Clothes Changer does not use this processing to determine a person's identity, authenticate users, track a person across services, infer sensitive traits, or create a persistent biometric identity database or faceprint. We do not use selected photos for law-enforcement identification or credit, employment, insurance, or eligibility decisions.
Depending on the feature, processing may occur on your device or through secure cloud and third-party AI infrastructure. Do not submit highly sensitive or private images unless necessary for the feature and you are comfortable with the processing described here.
5. AI Processing and Outputs
Providing virtual try-on and AI outfit transformation features requires automated processing of selected photos, clothing references, instructions, settings, and related content. Relevant information may be transmitted to service providers supporting AI processing, hosting, storage, delivery, safety checks, and diagnostics.
We use submitted content to provide the feature you request, return the result, troubleshoot failures, protect the Services, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.
AI-generated results are simulations and may be inaccurate, unrealistic, incomplete, or unsuitable. They do not guarantee an actual garment's size, fit, material, color, availability, comfort, or appearance. Review an output and relevant seller information before making a purchase or other decision.
6. How We Use Information
We may use information as reasonably necessary to:
- provide requested virtual try-on, outfit transformation, image generation, saving, and sharing features;
- apply selected garments, styles, and creative settings and deliver an output;
- operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Services;
- detect prohibited content, fraud, abuse, and technical or security incidents;
- administer paid access and restore purchases when offered;
- respond to support, privacy, deletion, and legal requests; and
- comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.
7. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
We may use analytics or crash-reporting tools to understand app performance, feature use, errors, and service trends. Providers may process limited device and usage information under appropriate obligations.
If Clothes Changer engages in tracking as defined by Apple, accesses the advertising identifier, or links app data with third-party data for targeted advertising or measurement, we will request permission through Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework where required. You can manage this choice in iOS Settings, and we do not circumvent your iOS tracking preference.
We do not sell user-selected photos, body or facial content, prompts, or generated outputs to data brokers or advertisers.
8. How Information May Be Shared
We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary in these circumstances:
- Service providers: to providers supporting AI processing, hosting, storage, delivery, analytics, crash reporting, moderation, security, customer support, or purchase verification.
- At your direction: when you choose to save, export, publish, or share an output with another person, app, or service.
- Apple services: where Apple handles App Store distribution, purchases, subscriptions, receipts, entitlements, or iOS device functions under its own policies.
- Legal and safety reasons: where reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or enforce agreements.
- Business changes: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of assets, subject to applicable safeguards.
9. Rights in Images and Prohibited Content
You may submit a photo or clothing image only if you own it or have all rights, licenses, permissions, releases, and consents needed for processing and your intended use of the result. Each identifiable person depicted must have authorized the use where consent is required.
You must not use Clothes Changer to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, impersonating, harassing, exploitative, non-consensual intimate, sexually abusive, child-exploitative, or materially deceptive content. You must not use another person's image, face, body, or likeness without required authorization.
We may refuse a request, restrict features, preserve necessary records, or take other appropriate action when prohibited, unsafe, or infringing use is detected or reasonably suspected.
10. Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested features, maintain results where applicable, operate and secure the Services, support users, administer purchases, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention varies based on the information, feature behavior, user choices, operational needs, and applicable law.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, it may be deleted, de-identified, or securely isolated, subject to technical limitations, backup cycles, security needs, and legal requirements. Outputs saved to your device remain under your control. Copies shared with another person or service may remain outside our control.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of electronic transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Protect access to your device and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
12. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You can choose what photos to submit, use limited photo-library access where available, manage iOS permissions, adjust AppTrackingTransparency choices where applicable, decide whether to share an output, manage subscriptions through your Apple account, and stop using Clothes Changer.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or portability for certain personal information, and to appeal or complain to a data-protection authority. These rights may be subject to verification and legal exceptions.
To submit a privacy or deletion request, email support@outfit-tryon.com. Describe your request and provide only the information reasonably needed to identify relevant records.
13. Children's Privacy
Clothes Changer is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. Users must not submit or generate exploitative, sexualized, or otherwise harmful content involving minors. If you believe a child provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
14. International Processing
Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, where privacy protections may differ. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards or recognized mechanisms for relevant international transfers.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Clothes Changer, technology, law, App Store requirements, or our practices. We will revise the effective date when we do and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
